Over the years, I’ve led large-scale transformation, digitalization and operational improvement programs across banking, fintech and corporate environments in both Europe and Asia-Pacific.
I’ve worked extensively in the banking sector (including HSBC, Standard Chartered, Rabobank, ING and BNP Paribas), as well as non-financial companies (such as Cathay Pacific, CHANEL and leading telecom companies). My experience covers business transformation, AI-enabled solution implementation and cross-border stakeholder management.
Having lived and worked extensively in both the Netherlands and Hong Kong, I enjoy bridging different business cultures and ways of working. I’m fluent in Dutch, English and Cantonese, which allows me to work naturally across international teams and stakeholders. I also hold a Hong Kong ID.
Currently interested in both financial and non-financial opportunities where international growth, transformation and Europe–Asia collaboration play a key role.
